Information collected

Contact requests include the information you provide, such as your name, company, role, email address, phone number, and message. Google registration receives your Google account identifier, verified email address, name, and profile image after you choose to sign in. Agenty.io never receives your Google password.

Server request logs record IP address, request time, HTTP method and URL, browser user agent, referring URL, response status, duration, and redirect destination for operation and security. These private logs exclude request bodies, cookies, authorization headers, and nonpublic query values. They are automatically limited to 30 days and the most recent 100,000 requests under the standard configuration.

The site also uses limited analytics and a persistent first-party session cookie to understand page traffic, referral sources, whether a visit is new or returning, and deliberate interactions such as campaign calls to action. The first-party activity record uses a random session identifier and does not store a Google token, password, or arbitrary browser payload.

How information is used

• Send updates only when you have opted in; you may unsubscribe at any time.

Sharing and retention

Personal information is not sold. It may be processed by service providers needed to operate the site, including Google identity, analytics, email, and calendar services. Information is retained only as long as needed for the purpose collected, legal obligations, security, or resolving requests.

Your choices

You can decline Google sign-in, leave newsletter consent unchecked, unsubscribe from messages, or ask to access or delete information associated with your registration. Contact hello@agenty.io with a privacy request.
