System Leverage Accelerator
System engagement
Find the constraint with the largest multiplier across your system.
Slow delivery, scattered ownership, platform sprawl, weak measures, fragmented identity, and AI experiments compete for attention. Leaders fund local fixes while the actual constraint survives. Customer evidence and market shape can be as consequential as architecture or workflow.
Bounded scope · visible work · no forced upsell
The promised outcome
Find the real constraint. Know what to do next.
An evidence-backed system diagnosis, prioritized intervention, executive decision package, and 90-day plan with owners, measures, proof points, and decision gates.
Current-state system map
Connect product intent, roadmap, architecture, platform, data, identity, workflow, ownership, measures, and customer/market evidence.
Constraint and workflow analysis
Locate where value is trapped in decisions, handoffs, missing context, ownership, or platform friction.
Platform, data, and AI leverage opportunities
Identify a short list of changes with outsized potential, including product and market factors where relevant.
Prioritized intervention
Rank recommendations by outcome, evidence, effort, dependencies, reversibility, and organizational readiness.
The problem this solves
Slow delivery, scattered ownership, platform sprawl, weak measures, fragmented identity, and AI experiments compete for attention. Leaders fund local fixes while the actual constraint survives. Customer evidence and market shape can be as consequential as architecture or workflow. Best for leaders who know the system is underperforming but do not yet know which product, organizational, market, or technical constraint deserves investment.
Leave with one defensible decision and a practical intervention.
Six connected artifacts remain useful whether your team executes independently or asks for follow-on support.

Executive decision package
Explain what to do, why, what to stop, and which evidence supports the decision.
90-day accelerator plan
Name owners, success measures, sequence, first proof point, and decision gates.
How this creates leverage
Find the 10× multiplier in the system.
10× describes the search for an outsized leverage point, rather than a promised return. Recommendations are ranked against evidence, effort, dependencies, and readiness.
- 01Diagnose the whole product system before selecting a specialist intervention.
- 02Design the smallest useful move against operating and customer evidence.
- 03Define the first proof point and decision gate for your 90-day execution; implementation is separately scoped.
- 04Transfer the decision package and continuation plan with no forced follow-on.

Who is this engagement designed for?
Best for leaders who know the system is underperforming but do not yet know which product, organizational, market, or technical constraint deserves investment.
What changes by the end?
An evidence-backed system diagnosis, prioritized intervention, executive decision package, and 90-day plan with owners, measures, proof points, and decision gates.
How long does the engagement take?
System Leverage Accelerator is planned around 7–10 business days. Final timing reflects access, evidence, and the number of teams involved.
What is intentionally not included?
This bounded diagnosis and intervention-design engagement includes a decision package and proof plan. Implementation capacity, exhaustive audits, and guaranteed 10× results are outside scope. The plan stands on its own without a follow-on purchase.
What happens before I approve anything?
Bring the competing explanations, operating evidence, and executive decision you need to make. We will confirm whether a 7–10 business-day review is the smallest useful intervention before approval.
Do you implement anything or only advise?
This engagement diagnoses the system and designs the intervention and first proof point. Implementation is separately scoped.
Will we be required to use Agenty software?
No. We work with your existing environment where feasible. You retain the reusable artifacts and continuation plan; a follow-on purchase or Agenty software license is optional.
What access do you need?
An executive sponsor, selected product and engineering leads, roadmap and architecture artifacts, workflow evidence, measures, and customer context. Access and interview commitments are agreed in writing.
Does this require a follow-on engagement?
No. Your team can use the decision package and 90-day plan independently. A focused accelerator or fractional lead is recommended only when the diagnosis supports it.
